The ICAK provides Korean contractors with a wide variety of education and training programs, ranging from on-the-job
training for recently hired staff in areas such as bidding and contract managements, real estate development, project
financing and other related matters to more advanced and highly professional programs such as the entire spectrum of BOT business operations, construction management (CM) and the like.
The primary objectives for these programs are to help them remain competitive in the rapidly changing world construction
market and to effectively cope with all the challenges that globalization presents.
In addition, the ICAK manages an on-line human resources database that links overseas construction companies that have
labor demands.
