The ICAK provides Korean contractors with a wide variety of education and training programs,
ranging from on-the-job training for newly hired staff in areas such as bidding, contract management,
real estate development, project financing, and other related fields, to more advanced and highly professional programs
covering the full spectrum of BOT business operations, construction management (CM), and related subjects.
The primary objectives of these programs are to help Korean contractors remain competitive in the rapidly changing
global construction market and to effectively cope with the challenges posed by globalization.
